“ I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant yesterday, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the hostess, Lyvia, made us feel incredibly welcome. She ensured we were seated comfortably and went above and beyond to accommodate us when it suddenly started raining. Our server, Ludo, was equally fantastic. He greeted us with a warm smile and was very friendly. His service was impeccable—timely, thoughtful, and with a great attitude that made our experience even more enjoyable. “ I ate here with a bunch of coworkers on a work trip and we all really enjoyed Jacopo. The portion sizes were small compared to American restaurants but it was nice because even after having appetizers and a main course, we weren’t stuffed. The veal T-bone was super good, except for the whole peppercorns on top that you just scrape off. The Caesar salad was good too. And the calamari was excellent especially with the cream sauce it came with. Overall I recommend the restaurant. Everyone liked their dishes and the pacing of the meal was pleasant (not too slow). ”

“ Came here twice, once for lunch, once for dinner, and was very satisfied both times. I strongly recommend the pasta here, it hit me really strong even though I am a bit of a picky eater. If you come on the weekends, definitely grab a seat out in the patio to experience Montreal’s vibe the best. This is definitely one of Montreal’s gem and the price is really reasonable. ”
“ Had brunch here on a Saturday morning 1030am in February. No line, place was empty I was the only customer for a while, got busier around 11:30am. Service was great and the food came out very quickly. Was difficult to find many places open for brunch early in the morning in the old city, it might have been because it was winter. Great spot, by the window, had the omelette and hash browns. The coffee was delicious! Prices were reasonable for the old city. There is a second floor which might be used for dinner I am assuming, it looks very cute there. The bathroom is on the second floor, it’s small but good and clean. Would love to try lunch or dinner here in the future! ”

We tried the risotto, fried calamari, seafood linguine, braised lamb, beef carpaccio, and cod fillet — everything was flavorful and well-prepared. The tiramisu was a perfect finish to the meal.
